Ashraqat Organization was established in 2022 in response to the growing need for effective community initiatives focused on empowering women and girls and strengthening their role in development and peacebuilding within local communities, especially in areas affected by economic and social challenges and conflict. We operate as a community platform that delivers sustainable development and humanitarian programs.

Ashraqat Organization adopts an institutional approach based on the principles of good governance and transparency to ensure efficient management of programs and resources. The organization’s institutional structure consists of: the General Assembly | the Executive Committee | the Advisory Council.
We primarily work in the three Kordofan states (North Kordofan, South Kordofan, and West Kordofan) and the Abyei area, with a strategic direction to expand to other states within Sudan in response to humanitarian and development needs.
